Tracking risk, cost, labor, and more with geospatial data

City of Lawrence sought to map out the assets of the City across all departments. Begun in 2021, this massive undertaking was initialized by a large LiDAR data collection phase followed by an extensive data coding phase. My primary role was to manage Parks and Transportation data.
